learn about where we volunteer

The Surrey Food Bank serves families residing in Surrey and North Delta, and is committed to providing nourishing food in a manner that respects people's dignity and worth.  In working towards a vision of growing the community beyond hunger, the Surrey Food Bank serves as a connection point for clients to engage with many other organizations and services throughout the community that they would not otherwise have access to.

Volunteers play an indispensable role,  fulfilling a diverse range of responsibilities, starting with food sorting and distribution.

Surrey Food Bank Website

Quest Outreach Society is dedicated to breaking the cycle of food insecurity by offering accessible and affordable healthy food options. They strive to bridge the divide between food banks and grocery stores, creating a dignified, sustainable, and accessible shopping experience for those facing food insecurity. Quest relies on support to fill their store shelves with recently donated food from grocery stores and distributors.

Join forces with your industry peers to assist in portioning, bagging, and stocking the shelves at this vital nonprofit organization. Your contribution makes a significant impact on the community we serve.

Quest Website

NightShift relies on over 2,500 dedicated volunteers, to provide nightly outreach 365 days a year.  Headquartered on King George Boulevard, their services encompass nourishing warm meals, clothing provisions, crisis counseling, basic nursing care, heartfelt prayers, and compassionate community connections.

Join fellow professionals from the insurance industry and dedicate your time to volunteering with NightShift. Here, you'll have the opportunity to distribute warm meals and offer clothing provisions to individuals who are at-risk, marginalized, and experiencing homelessness. Your involvement can make a significant impact on the lives of those in need, providing essential support and care to our community.

Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS) is dedicated to bringing about a positive transformation in the way stray, lost, and unwanted animals are sheltered and nurtured in the Langley community.

Help LAPS restore and clean their facility, and care for animals.

Along with your insurance industry colleagues, help by painting the walls, clearing outdoor paths, cleaning common areas, and (of course) snuggle those animals!
