A conversation about periods is a conversation about gender equality

The Honourable Order of the Blue Goose International has a long history with gender equality, as the fraternity was founded by “field men” in 1906. In 1980 the Blue Goose began changing minds of their members, successfully permitting female membership by 1989, at the 83rd Grand Nest Convention with a vote of 74 in favour, 34 opposed. Our organization is progressive, inclusive and dedicated to its members, who differ in age, gender and race. We are a community of interest, experience, activity and feeling. This community nature is something larger and yet more intimate than a business association or networking group. We are genuine friends.

February's Month of Caring

TO GIVE YOUR LOVE, GIVE YOUR TIME

Instead of sending a Valentine's card to express love and affection, we've challenged the insurance industry to give their heart and time back to the community.

Since 2016, February's Month of Caring brought adjusters, underwriters, brokers, restoration crews, and other insurance professionals together- stocking shelves at food banks, providing meals and clothing to the disadvantaged, and conversing with members of marginalized groups.

Organized by Chelsea Fitzpatrick, Vice President of Park Insurance
Rising Star of 2017 & IBABC's 2018 Young Broker of the Year
